She advises clients on complex commercial transactions, cross-border legal issues, and evolving regulatory frameworks, combining practical solutions with strong analytical and policy insight.

Kuroyifa is currently pursuing a PhD in International Trade and Economic Law at Rivers State University, with research focused on globalization and emerging markets. Her academic work strengthens her capacity to deliver forward-thinking legal counsel.
